Pickup, Delivery & Age Policy

How you get your order

Fireworks are classified as hazardous materials (UN0336, 1.4G) and cannot be shipped by parcel carriers. We offer two options:

Local pickup – free

Pick up at Eagle Fireworks, 24 Hodge Dr, Nicholson, MS 39463. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours; you'll get a notification when yours is ready. Bring a valid photo ID.

Local delivery – $50 flat

We deliver within 25 miles of our Nicholson, MS warehouse, including nearby Louisiana addresses. After you order we'll call to schedule a delivery window. The purchaser (18+) must be present with a valid photo ID to receive the order.

Age and safety

• You must be 18 or older to purchase fireworks. ID is checked at pickup and at delivery.
• Use fireworks only as directed on the label, outdoors, away from buildings, dry grass and people. Keep water nearby.
• Follow all state and local laws. Some cities and parishes restrict or prohibit the use of consumer fireworks.

Wholesale pricing

Orders of $300 or more automatically receive our Eagle wholesale pricing at checkout. Retail stand operators and larger buyers can contact us about additional wholesale tiers: 601-798-9291 (MS) or 940-585-9108 (TX).

All sales are final

Because of the nature of the product, fireworks cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave our premises. Please check your order at pickup or delivery.
